Terms of serviceThis is a draft for Shopify’s Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions page. It is written to avoid limiting mandatory consumer rights.

  • About the store: To Ellis is an online store operated by To Ellis AS (Org. nr. 935 950 740).
  • Pricing: Prices are shown in NOK and include VAT where applicable (confirm final pricing display in Shopify settings).
  • Order confirmation: An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
  • Payment: Payment is processed securely via Shopify’s checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout (do not list Vipps/Klarna until enabled).
  • Shipping: We ship with Bring and use the shipping rates shown at checkout (standard shipping currently planned as 199 NOK).
  • Right of withdrawal (Angrerett): Consumers normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. See the Returns & Refunds policy for details.
  • Voluntary returns: We also offer an additional 30-day voluntary return policy (see Returns & Refunds).
  • Defects / complaints (Reklamasjon): If there is a defect with a product, you may have statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law. Contact us at hello@toellis.com.
  • Non-refundable costs: Duties/taxes/import fees (if applicable) are generally the customer’s responsibility. Refund rules for shipping costs depend on the type of return and are described in Returns & Refunds.
  • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, To Ellis is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
  • Governing law & disputes: These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for guidance on dispute resolution.
  • Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The newest version will be published on the site.
